15-Month Update
Our little baby is turning into a little GIRL! Jacy is doing so well and getting so big, so fast. She is 15 months old, 24 lbs
, and has 6 teeth that she knows how to use! It is so fun to watch her improve developmentally everyday. She is so curious and anxious to learn and explore new things. She still isn’t walking yet, but we know we are close. She is working hard on her balancing. She is able to stand by herself for about 20-30 seconds. She has even been able to look around the room and clap, while she was standing alone. It is when she looks up at the ceiling that she looses her balance. She loves to push her little car around the house too! She is getting very fast, and learning how to back it up and turn it around. 
She has done a great job transitioning from a bottle to her sippy cup, but lately she seems to think that the sippy cup isn’t big enough for her… she likes to drink out of my big mug! She also really likes soda! Jay gave her a taste of Sarsparilla out of the bottle; She liked it so much that I don’t think that she let him have anymore! It has been fun to see the quirky things that she does as part of her routine. When she is tired we sit her in front of a pillow and she will put 
her hands up behind her head (the true relaxing position!) and fall back into the pillow and go to sleep. If she is tired but can’t seem to fall asleep then she starts to pull (gently) on her eye lashes until she falls asleep with her hands up on her face. She LOVES eyelashes lately! She pulls gently on her own, but she is not so gentle when she pulls on other peoples! She can be very silly and keeps us laughing constantly! 
She is also a great helper and already helps me to clean off her highchair when she is done eating and helps to pick up her toys and put them in her toy box when it is time for bed. Jacy and I had a relaxing afternoon this past week. We decided to have a mommy-daughter foot spa!!! She loves to splash around in the water! We are keeping very busy with work, school, and parenting. But we are happy and doing great!

Way to go baby girl! I love to see that walking! Jayden's trying really hard to catch up. Thank God you don't have too much hair because he loves to pull hair. We are so proud of you! Keep up the good work.Miss you guys!
