Jake turned 2!
On October 2nd my baby boy turned TWO YEARS old!
To help him celebrate Grandma Sally and Grandpa Jerry had a balloon bouquet delivered to him. HE LOVED THEM! He carried them all around the house for the rest of the day and night! He even hung on to them while sitting on the couch watching a movie! We enjoyed a family birthday party at home with cake and ice cream, but the real fun was at his birthday party! We hosted his party at Totally Toddler Sports, where he has his sports class every Friday morning. 
We got to invite 10 friends to come and enjoy an hour of tumbling class, cake and ice cream, and finish off with an hour of sports! It was so fun! The kids got to practice back bend walk-overs, somersaults, cartwheels, balance beam walking, basketball, baseball, and some running activities! They were all pretty worn out by the end of the party! Jake had a really great time with all of his friends.
Jake is such a fun and crazy little boy! 
I love his sweet personality 
and he has a smile that melts right through me! He is a very energetic boy and definitely keeps us on our toes! His vocabulary is growing everyday. His latest phrases include, "That's crazy" and "No Touchy" and "Get Out". 
He can count to 15 and is starting to recite his ABC's! He loves to climb into the dryer and have the wet clothes piled on top of him. He loves to play with his cars in his room, and spends hours lining them all up in a row on his book shelf. He enjoys being outside in the backyard playing T-Ball or soccer or chasing the chickens. He seems to be running 
all the time and doesn't really seem to know what "slow" means! He loves to take the cushions off the couch and jump on to them. He loves to jump on the bed, no matter how many times he has been told to stop and he loves to torment his big sister by forcing himself into whatever she happens to be doing. He does loves to snuggle up at night to watch a movie before going to bed. I love this little boy!!!
