Kent Family Reunion in Colorado

September was the annual Kent reunion (Grandma Greta's side of the family) in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Me and the kids made the drive with Grandpa Zeke and Grandma Debby. It is always fun to get together with family and get caught up on what everyone has done during the past year.
The highlight of the weekend is getting to visit Grandma Greta's sister, Aunt Luella.
She is so funny and loves to tell stories and reminisce about the good old days. I love getting to see Grandma Greta sit and visit with her. I know that they both love and miss each others company. This year we also go to go to a really cool art festival and the reunion wouldn't be complete without some of Zeke's home made ice cream! YUMMY! Jake was sure to lick the bowl clean! The kids were really great during the trip! Jacy had a fun time visiting with everyone and Jake kept himself very busy playing with his cars and trucks in Aunt Darlene's backyard. We enjoyed an evening of playing "Left, Right, Center" (a dice game involving quarters) which Jacy really enjoyed, because she won all the money in the center! We even had a mean game of croquet at Uncle Jerry and Aunt Vicki's house! FUN TIMES!
